For a correction report
- Include the public page URL.
- Identify the exact sentence or tool behavior.
- Explain the suspected problem.
- Link to a public primary source when possible.
Questions about a specific policy, certificate, endorsement, contract, claim, cancellation, or deadline should go to the appropriate licensed insurance or legal professional.
