By using COI Workbench, you agree to use the website as an educational and administrative preparation resource, subject to the limits below.

Permitted use
You may use the public tools and guides for lawful personal or internal business preparation. You may print or save your own generated checklist. You may not use the site to misrepresent coverage, create a false certificate, impersonate an insurer or agent, interfere with the website, or extract content at a scale that disrupts service.
No professional relationship
Using the website does not create an insurer-insured, producer-client, attorney-client, consultant-client, or fiduciary relationship. COI Workbench does not act for a contracting party, certificate holder, insurer, agent, broker, or regulator.
No submission or verification
A tool result is not a certificate, endorsement, binder, quote, approval, compliance determination, or verification of insurance. COI Workbench does not contact a carrier or reviewer and cannot guarantee that a submission will be accepted.
User responsibility
You are responsible for checking inputs, reviewing generated text, protecting confidential information, and consulting qualified professionals. Do not send or enter information that you are not authorized to use.
Availability and changes
The site may change, suspend, or discontinue a feature to correct an error, improve security, comply with law, or revise the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every browser or device.

Links are provided for context and convenience. A link does not imply endorsement, and third-party content or availability is outside our control.
Intellectual property
The COI Workbench name, original site design, explanatory content, and tool interface are protected to the extent permitted by law. Third-party names, forms, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

The website is provided on an “as available” basis for general information. To the extent permitted by law, COI Workbench disclaims warranties concerning accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and outcomes. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
